With a strong passion for technology and problem-solving, I specialize in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. My journey has taken me from analyzing complex workflows to delivering fully functional systems that create real-world impact. I worked with Green Legal Aid, an NGO, where I documented the system, analyzed requirements, and delivered the final product to streamline their legal aid operations. I also served as a Business System Analyst Trainee at Dulles Global Investment, where I gained hands-on experience learning from senior project managers about system analysis, understanding business needs, and end-to-end project management. Currently, I am collaborating with an Australian startup to build a Socratic AI, developing interactive and intelligent learning solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. I am very passionate about leveraging AI in my work to achieve efficiency, faster processes, smoother operations, and overall productivity.
